Privacy Policy

When you send a message or request a quote, we collect the details you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, city, the services you picked and your message. We also record which page you sent it from and when.

We do not ask for payment details on this website.

We use your details only to answer you, give you a quote, schedule your appointment and follow up about the work. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Form messages are delivered to us by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, which may process your IP address and set a small security cookie to protect the site from spam and attacks. Videos on the site are embedded from YouTube, which may set its own cookies when you play one.

We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

We keep form messages in our email for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

To see, correct or delete the information you sent us, call (262) 289-1035 or email info@mysimplihome.com. We will take care of it promptly.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date below.
